FACTIOSTONE
Consisting of 3 main products,
The FACTIOSTONE range encompasses natural
stone particles set in a clear resin binder,
providing a popular hard-flooring alternative
where aesthetics, durability and low-maintenance
are important.
Manufactured in our Christchurch factory
from South Island river and ocean aggregates,
FACTIOSTONE provides limitless colour and
design options for both domestic and commercial
applications.
Unlike most hard flooring
options, the FACTIOSTONE range is applied
as a seamless floor topping to the substrate
using hand trowels meaning there are no
joints, grout or unsightly cuts. Custom
designs, patterns and logos can also be
incorporated using aluminium dividing strips
or temporary formwork. We can include glitter
in the stone as well and this looks incredible
in the white riverside.
Although naturally warm,
the products in the FACTIOSTONE range are
also ideal for use with under-floor heating
as the stone particles can retain heat for
up to 6 hours.
Due to each product’s
unique texture, FACTIOSTONE is quiet and
therapeutic underfoot, comfortable, easy
to clean and naturally slip-resistant, even
when wet. Also suitable for exterior applications,
FACTIOSTONE is ideal for use on decks, patios
and pool surrounds.
